Just go to meetings every day if you have those boring days and remember keep it one day at a time!
When you give up drinking, it's good to replace it with something good. I go to daily meetings, talk to other women, and find something you like to do... crafts, exercise, cooking, etc
My experience is chores, recipes, tv, cycling & getting a coffee.
Saying the serenity prayer, and reading Our Daily Bread every morning

Helps me get through everyday clean and sober
A great book called living sober . Itβs amazing HALT hungry angry tired lonely if you are any of these in early sobriety . Get a sponsor and get to work
I keep myself busy cleaning! Go for a walk if you have a gym in the town you live in get a membership that helps
Go to meetings and get involved in the community. Early soberity sucks. I remember I spent all day saturday at meetings since I didn't know what sober people did.
Reach out n develop a crowd in sobriety with u n at meetings meet for coffee go on walks library's even go back n get some extra classes
The gym is a win/win. At least for me it is. I use my extra energy there.
Fill you Void with.Fitness and The Park.Keep it Simple.
Sing and dance like no one is watching.
Agreed

That can be hard, but right now I'm enjoying all of the free time and extra energy.
I found keeping busy with solo activities in between irl/virtual socializing helps tons. I am partial to art and music. Also make a list of shows or movies or something you want to see and get to crossing them off
Go to a meeting
Going to meetings is a great way for fellowship and accountability I equate it as a job 5 days a week with weekends off and my reward is confident sobriety - just say noπ
Find activities to do to kill the boredom like go to a meeting or find new hobbies
