Next time someones asks about addiction...ask for their cell phone on a Friday.
Now tell them they can have it back on Monday
Tell them you'll answer theirs and you will protect it. Just tell them every time they go for that phone they need to keep a mental note. They can stop at 25 tomes and you'll give them the phone back.
When they reach out by noon Saturday for the phone tel them no. Watch them get angry and demand.
Now my friend. Along with the feeling you have right now add a stomach ache, erratic sleep, deep shame, and remember the scheming things you did before simply demanding your phone back.....
