Night iop was okay. I'm the only woman though. Kinda hard to open up 
27 days sober! Wish I had more time to go to meetings in person.
My IOP program is 95% guys…. There is one other female in the group. I’ve learned I open up way more on personal matters in my individuals, and it group it’s more generalized and my therapist has called me out on it. He has started using direct questions to help me open up in group
