Nightmares

Anyone else struggling to get their 8 hours because of nightmares. I feel like stress is even getting my body in my sleep now... I have watched loved ones die young due to STRESS. That can't be me...

I run, bike, hike, paddle etc..
Exercise wipes me out in a good and healthy way & that brings a deeper sleep and less stress in my sleep.

Yes, brother, I struggle with nightmares as well. wake up and I practice my box breathing if you don’t know what that is, let me know and I will explain it

Yeah something exciting that should help is I start full time as a gardener at what I think is the coolest place in Houston that I've found so far on Monday. I am very active usually I love to workout.

Replace the times in your head with positive things reading music exercise walking things like that

I struggle with nightmares as well ….vivid and terrifying ones. What helps is asking my higher power to protect my spirit even as I sleep and also using an app that plays ambient sounds like rain or waves or nature sounds.
