My main trigger hours is going to my liquor store between 10-2am. Taken to doing just about anything to keep my mind off walking over.

Remember always why we must abstain. Get to some AA meetings, find a sponsor. Change your routines. Read self help books
I truly understand!! Stay as busy as possible doing positive things!!
Meditate. Google some YouTube videos on breath work, the time flys and you just relax and find tranquility, serenity.
When i first got sober night were the absolute worst. My cravings would amplify tenfold once the sun went down. Found myself reading a lot and trying to get myself on a healthy sleep wake cycle. You got this! Just keep telling on your cravings, never keep them inside.
