My energy has been super low as well. My anxiety wears me out. I totally get it. Hope you have a better day tomorrow.

Iā€™m sorry you had a rough one today. Every day is different. But I admire you. Through it all you still remained sober. Be proud of yourself! I wish you a better day tomorrow. And on a side note, I actually take hydroxyzine for my anxiety. Getting medicated may be a viable option to help you as well. But anywho, kudos to you!
