I’ve been clean since November of 2021 and I made so many poor choices. Everyone seems to hate me. Well… yeah…. Hates me. My partner told me that I invade peoples space to much, think I’m helping when people don’t want my help, that I need to work harder on boundaries.
He told me that everyone that dislikes me now has a good reason too. I’m sure he is right. So, I’m back to isolating myself again. Just staying home w my dog. My guy just walks around me, I don’t even think he likes me. Sucks right now. Feel so alone. Hate this. Sad
Marsha, if you’re working a program then I would suggest that you discuss these things with your sponsor. Just because I removed the alcohol from my body did not mean that all was good, much improved, but not done.
I needed to work thru the steps starting at 1 and proceeding to 12, in order to get more relief. “Alcohol was but a symptom”

Even if you are overstepping boundaries, that’s no way to speak to anyone especially your partner. Sounds like he’s got issues of his own if that’s how he talks to you

It sounds like he’s deflecting. And putting his stuff on you. He can’t speak for anyone but himself. Stick around people who support you and say nice things to and about you. That’s bs. I think he needs some boundaries.
