Nom nom nom!

Gym. Mexican food. And Dairy Queen for the win last night. :raised_hands: Really dang stoked for myself! Got back home, watched the movie ‘Shack’ - Unsure how I felt about it but got through it. Read the book Drink for 20 minutes and fell straight to sleep. It’s now 5am my time, going to workout and head to work hangover free. Beep yeah!!

Nice work!! Hitting the gym tends to mellow any negativity out. Way to finish strong with Mexican food and Dairy Queen

Might have been the best part lol

That is a great book, but not exactly a page turner!! Keep up the great work.

I could use suggestions if you’ve got any :+1: Quit Like a Woman (or female can’t remember which) is in my lineup. I’ve read a couple others. Doesn’t have to be female based either. We are all humans.

Ok, Russell Brand Recovery is one I always recommend early. Quit Like a Woman is great. But it’s another slow read. It’s more textbook than experience strength and hope, in my opinion. I haven’t read it, but A Girl Walks Out of a Bar is usually in the same conversation. Amy Dresner My Fair Junkie is fantastic. We are the Luckiest by Laura McKowen is excellent. I follow her on Instagram too. And Amy D on there too. Nothing Good can come of this by Kristi Coulter is great. Short stories. Wet approachable. I’m reading Drinking: A Love Story now. It’s very good. There have been a few that haven’t grabbed me but I’m not going to put anyone down.

Oh and Weight of Air, Broken, so many.

Have you joined Jenn and Wedad’s book club? There’s a post on it floating around

Kicking but and taking names. Well maybe not names. But good work. Crazy what we can achieve sober....
