Non alcoholic beers

I'm so grateful that there are delicious non alcoholic beer options available now. I went out to catch a friend's bluegrass band at a local "beer hall" and was able to enjoy myself and feel more included with my friends who were all drinking alcoholic beers.
I kind of see them as a bit of a crutch, but am glad that I made it through the evening having a great time with friends and didn't drink a single drop of alcohol.
I'm proud of myself for creating new routines and rituals.

New routines is what it's all about. I'd be careful not to fall into routines too similar to the old ones without some accountability around, unless you've had a lot of practice.

Have a Pellegrino water instead. Safer choice and sexy AF to order :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

I do love those too. Especially the blood orange flavor.
The nonalcoholic beers are nice too though and I never want more than two. It was the alcohol in the beer that switched on the binge monster. Maybe they might not be a safe choice for some people but so far I've been finding them one of many options that keep me from the cravings.

Because whatever you order should be sexy? Got it. Hahaha

I'm pretty sure whatever I order becomes sexy, regardless of what it is, because I ordered it. Sexy though osmosis or something like that.

I'm kidding, of course.

Maybe.

Lol Yeah I also tried near beer in Kosovo and it wasn't for me. We had near beer in Iraq as well but I stuck with the packets of free Gatorade lol. I never really liked the taste of beer though. I only tolerated it for the affects of the alcohol.
