Not been the best few days. Started the week off strong. Have to reinvest into mindfulness. Drinking is not a MUST.
Sorry to hear about that Johnny. I'm having the "Covid quarantine with too much time and solitude" challenge today. Mindfulness and meditation are key and, like you said, an investment. You literally invest time and focus in your unconscious as well as your conscious mind and it pays dividends of calm and strength for future struggles and cravings. All the best to you.
