27 days in. Can't seem to get more than 5-6 hours sleep. Gives me more time to do stuff....but I'd like to get 7 hours. Anybody else deal with this issue during early sobriety?
At 1 year+ myself, and in feeling like the sleep patterns are stabilizing.
Honestly I had CBD edibles with melatonin for a while. Sleep is too important to not make an adjustment.
If you can get to the gym that helps too. Physical exhaustion works well.
It's not a short road to recovery but worth the journey!!

It takes awhile,it took months for me to get regulated on sleep,I'm a recovering meth addict so my mind took months to finally slow down. Now I take naps and sleep through the night ok

Definitely. We abused our bodies for a long time. It takes a long time to get back to normal.
