Been sober over 4 1/2 years and for sure am better off sober than on my best day using and drunk but with the holidays rolling in on my third year single have to say the depression is pressing down on me. Just a reminder for all of us out there. we have good and bad days in sobriety. Many times when I watch the couples drama I am grateful to be single but during this time of the year can get lonely even with friends and plenty of meetings
