not looking forward to going back to freezing my assacusett *ss off tomorrow. but I will be back here. surgery Tuesday. healing, physical therapy etc. 4-6 weeks. then back to living life live.

Spent an hour this morning sitting out on the patio listening to the waterfall in the pool…meditation, prayer, and ice coffee. Heal and hurry back soon brother. These are the best months of the year.
That's AWESOME. I'm glad you were able to enjoy the sun and thaw out before going back to the freezer again.
