Off the wagon?

How do you deal with slip ups that feel like set backs ?

I don’t even enjoy it… like I’m too old and can’t hang at all.

They tend to almost always end up being setbacks in my experience :man_shrugging:t2:. You just have to realize and catch it as early as possible to limit the extent of the slip up. Refrain if you can on your own or seek a detox ASAP if needed (I usually need a detox myself). Something that has helped me this last time to keep mind off of alcohol, etc. ( distraction) is a list of things to do in the day. I have a whole page of things , some very mundane, that I always neglected on a bender; from brushing your teeth to showering, working out to posting on Loosid 3 times. This may only work if you have a bit of OCD like myself but it has really helped this time. Good luck my friend.
