Look no one said it would be easy, but it beats the heck out of running from the law, or facing prison time or killing someone in a DUI, look I promise it gets better, remember one day at a time, one minute and one hour at a time, sobriety is a choice recovery is a lifestyle, set down with a piece of paper, right down all the family and friends that pushed you away all the bad decisions all the destruction we caused in our addiction, then write another one of the positive things you have done the positive steps you have taking toward your recovery, 6 months is something you should be very proud of heck I'm proud as heck of you, say a prayer reach out to your higher power, remember one day at a time, one got this stand proud of that 6 months and turn them struggles into stepping stones

Keep pushing my man. I'm running 6 days. It's tough, take it one day at a time. Love yourself. Stay positive.

24 hrs at a time some times take it 6 seconds at a time if you need to. You can do it. Your stronger than the storm. Its when you make it through the hard times and get out in the other side still sober that things start opening up for you. Keep pushing dont give up. Us addicts and alcholics are some of the most resilient people out there. Put as much effort as you would getting high or dunk into your soberity. Make soberity your number one focus next to God or higher power whatever you believe. It will get better just keep pushing forward. We all believe in you.

Hang in there. I found that I hate the feeling after drinking, like mornings. That has helped me be more aware and less likely to want to drink. It is hard, but we got this.

I know it's not easy but it's the right thing to do just pray
