So i am 40 days today! Which is amazing . However , i have these days that im so full of energy and my mood is high. But i also have days i cant even drag my hinny out of bed. But i cant sleep . So ive been taking a sleep aid . Not sure how i feel about that yet . Im not a alcoholic but i also dont want to depend on something to make me sleep . Weird , ive injected met and coke to stay up now i dont need anything . Is that iorny or karma ?

CONGRATULATIONS on 40 days of sobriety. Keep up the good work. - In theory it's both.
a) Irony....Your body is used to having such stimulants to power it. Now you're, lacking an analogy, running the tank dry.
This is going to happen.
b) Karma... Your body is standing on the last act of defiance. It's kinda saying "bring it on" .

Hi! U know am been down same road u have and I have the same thing going on. For i feel like for me God just showing life can be the same kinda energy or not with out all the chaos that come in the lifestyle we have lived in past. Things just run smoother with out the bs. Hope this has help
