Ok this is an odd question but since I’ve stopped

True

Sadly, but true, I can honestly say that the reason for wanting sugar was the only thing I learned at the IOP I went to. At least I learned something!!

So what Brother

I don't understand.

I’m banging out half a dozen Oreos every night. Or more lol

Plus my wife bakes things

I think eating sweets is A O K. Look at what we’ve eliminated from our lives

So do I. I just didn't understand the 'so what brother '. Now I see that wasn't directed to me.

No I text in wrong box because I’m not right. I’m sorry.

No problem, sorry for creating the confusion. By the way, I love Oreos

Can I tell you the best thing I learned in treatment Brian?

Sure

It’s that if U poke holes in the pancake with your fork, the syrup goes all throughout the pancake

That's absolutely fantastic! I had no idea. Mmmmm syrup... Trying to stay on topic. Enjoy your day.

You as well Brother :sunglasses:

High sugar consumption is normal in sobriety but it can also lead to serious health issues if it becomes long term. Let’s get as healthy as we can possibly be :muscle:

Agree any suggestions for a substitute?

Jolly ranchers and I don’t really like them

I never had a sweet tooth until I quit drinking. Then I had to have cookies around. That has gotten better recently too. Sweet tooth subsided 2.5 years in. Crazy…

Mine was chocolate. I never wanted any other type of snack. Legit 8 years i was bingeing on it. I only stopped a month ago. I suggest fruit. I’ve chosen apples with peanut butter. It’s gotten me thru.
