Old behavior

Old behaviors no longer serve me anymore!! Retraining my brain to think and act differently takes practice. I still need a lot of help but today I am willing to take suggestions :heart: what are some tools you use to change your negative thinking?

20 minutes of zen meditation a day gives you the power to take a step back from your habitual reactions to pretty much anything. It’s uncomfortable but it’s worth it!

@Tina C try daily affirmations on post it notes it helps u see your worthy even if it's all you write is I AM WORTHY FOR AWHILE U WILL BEGIN TO TRAIN YOUR SELF WORTH
