Old ways of thinking

Sometimes I struggle with my old ways of thinking, I find myself sometimes thinking about my own behavior and things that I like to use to do. In the, just for today book, it tells me that I can't do that and I need to think positive and don't let my old ways take over stay in the middle and having the willingness to make a change. Today I'll make that change I will do my best to stay away from negative thinking.

It is a DAILY process. Be a LONGTERM THINKER and not be hard on YOURSELF. It isn't a overnight matter. I'm in YEAR 36 and I'm still working on myself. And I'm WORTH it
