Today is my day one (again). Definitely a tough day!!
Find something to do DM me if you wanna chat. Been there done that and I know it sucks.
That's the toughest day, it will get better just get through it one second at a time. It gets easier. Won't clear up over one day and there will be temptations the SOBER JOURNEY IS WORTH IT! Don't get discouraged!

I am also having some pretty crazy bloating and pressure in my stomach. Trying to do it from home white nuckle but may have to go in and get checked
