Go to an AA meeting. There are women's groups all over, and they are very supportive.

Congrats. I got sober alone, and it was miserable. Once I started with a fellowship things got much better. Go and give it a try, Duluth should have several options. Remember you don’t have to work their program, but the support is priceless.

Hello Carly I copy everyone find a meeting to start. You may have to try different ones because they are not all the same. Then you might consider therapy to find out why you wound up here. I went to group. It helped me alot. Lots of good people here. Reach out anytime
