On my own for the first time since im 19, my wife kicked me out. Im not angry, i deserved it. Im amazed it took this long. Its very sureal, not sure how to act. The past is over the future is on the horizon.

Its great to see you are leaving the past, well exactly in the PAST and looking into the future. However, I am not sure anyone deserves to be kicked out of their home. I coexisted for 4 months with my ex-wife in our home. We still did things together (shopping, went for walks, I cared for her during illness) before finally leaving for our own places respectively. I was a complete drug addict at the time as well.

Sometimes it’s hard for women to live with a man that just head . I would suggest you go to meetings and do some soul searching and you both find out if Love is still there not right

This is a great approach to life. Keep good people around you. I use AA, a sponsor, higher power to keep me sober.
