With keeping my eyes open! I just want to sleep! I am so tired. I am grateful today for waking up sober and I am grateful for sober sleep. Tbh, I didn't sleep as well last night as I normally do. I am a little stressed with a work thing that I will have ironed out before class starts at 11.
I am grateful this morning for teaching this morning and yesterday. Yesterday's group was on masculinity traps. Unhealthy ways men are raised with their thougts anout what it means to be a man. Good class as now they have HW of which unhealthy ways they think and reframing those thoughts to have more positive and healthier self talk.
Grateful this morning for my hair appt today! Grateful for it being payday times 3...retirement check, BBPR payday, and my therapy pay! Whoop whoop

Grateful this morning for Little Man and Shiloh even though they had a large time inside yesterday due to the rain. They found a box in the living room and l came home to said box being in several pieces. Large times at the hacienda it appears!
Grateful. Sober. Strong. Today!
