Been going thru alot mentally. Grateful for my family and friends who havent given up on me.

Kara I'm so glad you posted on here.
This online family that I have come to know and love is a great resource for people that are in recovery. I have found after being in two other websites for recovery that this is the website that seems to be the truest and the most genuine as far as people go.
I want to tell you don't ever give up on yourself because you are worth it no matter what we're going to at the time just think that when it passes everything will be better.
God bless you I pray that God holds you in the palm of his hands and carries you through these times of trouble. Be well and I hope to talk to you again.

Kara you are very welcome. Remember this is a selfish program and we have to always remember to be good to ourselves.
If we are good to ourselves we are good to other people.
