One day sober. Tonight is hard it's Saturday night I'm home alone, I live alone by the way. I just can't be comfortable in my house.

Hit up a meeting. There are always Saturday night meetings. Find a sober club near you and go in. Day one is tough, but if you hit the pillow tonight sober you get to have a day two.

Find meetings and go .aa. Org .meet lots of people who understand use .nobody will but use.go to woman’s meetings.your choice to make a better you!!
