Lately, I've been struggling with my gambling . $10 for a baseball game doesn't sound like much but with up to 15 games a day, with a162 game season, this is starting to add up and idk how to stop.

I'm a total addict...not just alcohol (drugs back when) gambling... I've even been there with working out...anything for that rush. Addiction is something that gives temporary pleasure that's causes pain long term and we can't stop (to the best of my understanding) so maybe the obsession with the gym wasnt really Addiction? Tho I've had days where I'd workout 3-4 hours til every muscle in my body would just ache. sometimes it seems we swap out one thing for another? Like anything it seems awareness is the 1st key.
