It isn’t ONLY 20 days. It is an amazingly awesome 20 days, and for each one you should be proud!! I’m proud of you and I don’t even know you! I am at 30 days, and even so, some days I can only take it 6-12 hours at a time. Other days I can take it a full 24 hours at a time. Stay in the moment, be mindful and aware, and keep up the amazing work Ashley!!

Don’t minimize your sober time. 20 days is really good. Keep it up 24 hours at a time adds up.

20 days is awesome! You are doing the next best right thing for your life. Sobriety will bring you new beginnings. New friendships. And a new way of living.
I was a wreck when I had to get sober. My rock bottom maybe different then yours but our common solution is the same, we must stay sober in order to live happy, joyous lives filled with emotions we can begin to understand them and not run from them.
Stay sober my friend just for today, one day at a time.

Own every day. From one Ashley to another. I don't consider it only 2 1/2 months. I consider it the rest of my life! Give yourself credit for what you have accomplished :100:. You got help. Then you stayed healthy each day since. Own that and don't belittle the amount of time because it takes incredible strength to do what you did.
