only four more days to the 30 day mark… wow…. my cravings are getting bad again tho. and i relapsed on self harm and took a razor to my thigh last night. i just wanna feel happy and comforted.i have a job interview wednesday i’m terrified of getting it and i’m terrified of not getting it.

I’m glad you’re sharing what you’re experiencing. What resources or help can you seek in your local area? I believe the app provides local programs or resources in your areas.
But they also have online support on the app.
I just want to make sure you’re going to be okay? If you feel sharing what you’re going through on the app that’s cool too.

Hate to to say it but I’ve been there before. When I’m not feeling groups. I hooe things will give you some type of peace. Maybe watch some Yankees World Series Championship victories on YouTube?
When I’m down I’ll binge watch the shows I love. I’m not posting any motivational videos on my social media platforms. I took time off from work until further notice. You made me laugh. Straight up I’m kind of too. Been going through some health issues that is hella painful. I have a major surgery to repair a ruptured disc. Not a happy feeling when someone wants to touch your spine. I’m grateful we can share with another addict what’s going on in our private lives that we can’t or don’t care to share stuff with people outside of the rooms of recovery.
That's so great about ur 30 coming up I remember when we first started talking on here about it and baseball I'm happy for u and I'm glad both are teams made the playoffs
