This Christmas was the first Christmas that I got to talk to my older brother about recovery instead of drunkin shenanigans. He has over 25 years clean. It was so refreshing to be able to talk to him about ways to stay sober. He shared how he did it for so long. I learnt a new side to him. It was an amazing experience. Is this a spiritual awakening?
