Feeling lost with more of it being like a haze is running on everything. My anxiety keeps me going, but sometimes when there’s nothing to do well that’s why I want to use the most! Any tips?
In my early early days of sobriety I spent a ton of time working, in the gym and hiking. Make a list of positive distractions and when you come across those moments when there’s nothing to do, get that list out.
