Opened a business four months into sobriety and looking for ideas on how not to let the stress consume me. There are times I feel it's the best decision I've ever made and I'm on top of the moon and then days I wake up with a pit in my stomach. I've never owned a business before and I know kinks are to be expected starting out but I feel like when one thing goes wrong I don't know how not to obsess over it the entire day. Any advise would be much appreciated.

A sponsor works best starting a new career. Need someone to have your back. Praying helps a ton also. I was a year and half sober when I started a business when I first came around. Had a lot of rewards. Amazing things one can do when sober thinking takes hold. Hope you succeed. Good luck
