I slipped up
Jesse, it’s ok . We are all fighting satan . The question is … are you going to make it back are you gonna roll with it ? I really hope you can look at it as a stepping stone . Though it happened , u have the power to say ok I messed up but it doesn’t define me , tomorrow is a new day and the choice is mine . You can do this . But I do understand , it has taken me 55 days to finally find all the orange caps hiding in places just waiting to ruin my life . Please don’t give up , we can do this . 55 days clean from iv coke and meth . I was a life long user , done my first shot when I was 13 . I’m 51 years old now . And I am clean . One second at a time. Hope that helps . 🫣

Get back up and surround yourself with community. Don’t allow this slip to take over your recover. The fact that you were honest took some strength. Use the rest of that strength to find your sober support and get the help that you deserve. And block that number as now you know how much that triggers you.

Use it as a learning curve once u make it past that all else will just just a tiny craving till there all gone trust I'm coming up on five years and have been in that situation recently and no cravings so keep up the good wrk u will get there stay blessed
