Out of a job, bills, and taxes due. Makes me want to give up. But i know drinking will make it worse. Just hanging on.

Hang in there! Life can be stressful mean and cruel sometimes, but drinking is not going to make it better. It would only make it worse.

I’m confident many of us feel similar. You’re not alone. And I guarantee that drinking would not help your situation. However, step work and service helps me find solutions. I don’t know how it actually works but I know it has worked consistently for me for 16 years.

They can’t take what you don’t have. Don’t trade your sobriety for that.

Keep hanging on because you would have been if there was nothing to hang on to so make that rope stronger and pray god will be there every step of the way I’ll pray for you to just don’t pick it up because there was a reason you dropped it and left it there
