I’m starting all over again 
feeling of disappointment. Lack of people who understand me where I live. Lack of understanding on my part that I absolutely need to stop. Just a lot of feelings of regret and disappointment. I want to stay strong forever I really do
Lisa, I felt just like that many times for too long. There is a solution and it’s so much easier than struggling.
I implore you to go to in person meetings daily or nightly.

You may be starting over but don’t forget those 60 days you were sober. You worked hard for those and that’s no small feat. Don’t beat yourself up. You’re human. Get back on the sober train💪
