Overwhelmed with so much going on between work and personal life. Trying to fight the urge to go buy a bottle or two. There's too much going on in my head. Tryin to push through, but ready to give in and give up for good.

Take try and can't out of your vocabulary and you are closer to success than you Think :thinking::thinking::thinking::thinking:. Trust the PROCESS of recovery and you will have it. STAY FOCUSED ON THE SOLUTION. ONE DAY AT A TIME

Play out the story till the end. How would you end up when the quick fix wears off. Stay strong :muscle:.

There are 24 hour AA meeting podcasts that are LIVE. I would put them on when there were no meetings to go to, I would even listen them as background noise and tune in and out to keep me grounded the first 6 months of sobriety.

Go online and search for them. And better yet, search online for AA meetings in your area, if there are none - do the podcast.

You are doing great but always remember adding alcohol is only going to add more on your plate.You will still have the same problems to deal with and you will be adding another one filling your head with guilt shame and remorse. Alcohol is a problem to us not a solution. If you start to drink it only takes a short time for you to go right back to the old you.Stsy strong and keep reaching out and talking to your pillars because they are our strength when we need it.

Please try to remember that every valley will turn into a mountain top just like mountain tops turn into valleys, but through the valleys and the mountain tops comes growth, understanding, acceptance, and greater strength . You did what you were supposed to do when you reached out. Hang in there.
