Yesterday was a great day. Long-boarding has a lot of good parallels with Recovery.

You have to be 100% present………….

Looking forward

Cannot take your attention away for to long

Sometimes it gets difficult especially going uphill.

Going in circles gets old.

It helps to change up routine and try new things.

You can’t coast for too long before your progress just stops.

YOU HAVE TO DO THE WORK NO ONE ELSE CAN DO IT FOR YOU.

And as for me. I can’t use while doing something I love that takes all my focus and energy.

Yesterday was a great day of training. Just a short 5 miles around the lake. Sober today and thankful. Thank you all. Love my Loosid fam.
