Grateful for the patience to get things done and the grace to do them with politeness. Had to sit on hold for an hour because of someone else's screw up but I was patient and just sat there with it on speaker listening to the hold music. Once I got ahold of somebody I wasn't irritated that I had to hold for an hour I was polite and explained my problem, and tada it was fixed.
