If there is anything I learned in prison it was how to be patient. Everything you need or want in there you have to wait for; food, medical, mail, visits etc etc… Some people become real bitter and angry from all that waiting but if you’re smart you just become patient. I’m thankful to my captors for that patience because every day I see what good it does me out here. Bruce Lee said “be like water” so I go with the flow.
