I'm grateful for having a great amount of patience. Working with children is hard. Behavior struggles with an autistic child, another crying because of a very minor behavioral consequence, staff that doesn't meet expectations, parents who don't cooperate, and a custodian who says what's wrong, you look a little stressed? And about 500 other things. Thank God there's a reward in making a difference in the lives of all kinds of people.
