PAWS & Sleep regulation

35 days sober, the only thing that is not normalizing whatsoever is my sleep. For the longest time, I would only need 5 or 6 hours of sleep, wake up for work and crush it at my job. Come home, cook, clean, play with the kids, etc...
Now, like a flip of a switch, i am up all night into the daytime. From 8AM to at the worst, 1130 AM. Sleeping way too long. Ive tried many things. NAC, GABA, Magnesium Glycinate, Magnesium L-Threonate, Melatonin at proper intervals, Tylenol PM, recently ashwaganda, light workouts even staying up all night to get a regular sleep time that night. Still, here I am, posting at 12:AM after waking up 5 hours ago. I may be a night owl but not a night shifter. Will this normalize as recovery continues or am I missing something here?
