After a long work week, I am glad to have the next few days off. I can do the things I love and not worry about being anywhere or on time for anything.
In the past, I used my days off to escape reality through substances. Now, I stick to my daily rituals and routines, I have nothing to escape from, and if I do start feeling anxious.. I have developed knowledge and guidance to help myself in a safe, healthy way.
It is nice to take some time to do the things I love to do!
