Peacefully Healing

In the quiet moments with Oryn curled against me, I’m reminded that healing doesn’t always happen loudly. Sometimes it happens softly. In safe homes. In gentle routines. In learning to trust love again.

And in some strange, beautiful way… I think he’s contributing to my healing just as much as I am his. :purple_heart:

I am alone absolutely no one. Makes it tough

I know that feeling can be incredibly heavy. Sometimes sitting with yourself and allowing yourself to really process your emotions can be one of the most healing things you can do, even though it’s uncomfortable at first. A lot of growth happens in those quiet moments with ourselves.

But also, please don’t isolate completely if it starts to feel too heavy to carry alone. There are sober communities and support groups filled with people who truly understand what you’re going through. Reaching out doesn’t make you weak… sometimes it’s the strongest thing we can do.

You’re not as alone as your mind may be telling you right now. :purple_heart:
