And grateful for a new day! I am super grateful for the F2F Men's BIP group yesterday 
! These guys are showing up and demonstrating learned skills throughout the week as they are reporting new thoughts, emotions, ans behaviors. It is also evident that many, about one third, are reporting SOBRIETY! I am so grateful to be of service with education and inspiration.
I am so grateful for the pictures from my director of her pup and his ruff life.
I am grateful for today's Virtual BIP group and looking forward to working with them on attachment styles.
Super grateful for Shiloh and Little Man! Love their zoomies when I get home each evening
