When people do us wrong, we have a choice to make. We can get mad and stay mad or we can make a different choice. Today I choose to accept it for what it is and keep moving forward. Being mad and wanting to seek vengeance can lead to excuses to use or drink. “I’ll show them, let me take the poisan and hope they get sick!”
I’ll choose happiness and serentity instead, let god sort out the rest

The trolls in our lives HATE it when they cam't get under our skin. Take a deep breath, step back, and just 'let them'. No revenge is the best revenge.
