So grateful today and everyday for other people on this path of life. This spiritual journey. This way of life. It’s God, myself and another alcoholic/addict that keep me sober. I’ve had to to a lot of asking for help lately and am constantly reminded that I’m not alone. So thanks to each and everyone of you for all your support and encouragement and most importantly for learning to love yourself too. There is an incredible community out there. If you’re not utilizing us. You should and just as fast as you can. Connection is key. I’d be dead without it. It’s never been just about the drink. I have a thinking disease that still try’s to kill me every day. Don’t be tricked into thinking you can do this alone. Lots of faith and have a great day.

Thinking disease. Yup I’m an overthinker too. I’ve joined a recovery group at church called celebrate recovery. It’s a good thing! And it’s nice to know every Friday there’s a place I can go to with others that are struggling in areas as well. “)
