People who do not have an alcohol problem don’t understand why it is hard to stay sober. They judge. I don’t need judged I need help. I feel much better about being able to stay sober by being able to share with people that understand

Hello Pam, people who are not familiar with addiction first hand will never understand. I'm sober 1 yr after 10 yrs of heavy off and on. Your admitting you need help is the first step. There is in and out patient therapy. AA groups and others. You don't have to do it alone. It is easier and better with people who understand. There are alot of good people here willing to help. Reach out anytime.
