First off I hope everyone has a great thanksgiving alone or with loved ones. Make the best out of it! I went 1 week sober well maybe 4 days. But for a 20 + years of abusing my body with drugs and alcohol I think it’s a pretty good start. For me i think every hour being sober is a blessing to me. An hour turns into half a day half a day turns into a whole 24. Hopefully that helps someone. God bless y’all eat some turkey or spam depending on your situation at the moment. Im going with spam. Idk anything to get me busy. I’ve been sober for 8 hrs and I’m proud of myself. 16 hrs to go for day one.
