Honestly, one of the best things to do for your body and mind and to kick the cravings is to get into the gym or get some exercise. I know personally it has helped me immensely.

Yes indeed. Me too. Just be grateful for the ability to go to the gym and workout.
I was injured last year and am now limited.
Sobriety lets us get back to taking good care of ourselves.
