It's as simple as the walk one takes to carry out the trash.

HaHaHa, right on brother!

Been the most consistent I have since COVID shut down my gym. Feels great and the gains are so much easier without the calories from liquor and beer. Even got my Vitamix going for smoothies again. Just gotta keep the consistency going strong.

Absolutely! I live in area where they kept everything open during the shutdown, so the gyms stayed open. But I work in a hospital, so I seen how scary the virus was. I invested in a a bunch of gym equipment and decked out my garage. It’s honestly been my sanctuary and saving grace!

Sticking with it is my major problem. How did you develop the discipline to keep at it?

Well before I got into construction, I was a nutritionist and strength coach so fitness has always been a huge part of my life. It used to be my first priority, even over the women in my life. Then I started doing coke and that became my priority. That’s where I lost myself. I truly believe that if I would’ve stayed focused on my fitness, I wouldn’t have slipped as bad as I did.

Eye of the tiger!! Literally everyone should exercise on a regular basis. I don’t care if you’re in recovery or not. It’s a win/win.
