Emotional roller-coaster. Try to set aside meditation time after prayer. When you start to fall off that pink cloud, find someone else to share your experience, strength, and hope with.

Good advice. I probably take it so hard because recovery is like my only hobby. Gotta diversify my portfolio :sweat_smile:
